Services We Offer
Comprehensive treatments designed to restore mobility, strength, and comfort.
Supplemental Treatment Services
Assistive Aids
Using supportive aids such as a treadmill, cable machine, and PhysioStep, we can complement your treatment by improving strength and flexibility and encouraging proper body alignment.
Supportive Tools
Assistive tools, including vibrating massage balls and IASTM tools, help target specific areas to reduce pain and enhance the effectiveness of treatments by promoting circulation and improving mobility.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release gently relieves restrictions in the fascia, addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction by using manual manipulation and sustained periods of pressure.
Lymphedema Manual Decongestive Therapy
Decongestive therapy involves manual manipulation of the lymphatic system, followed by bandaging performed by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Due to insurance restrictions this is a cash pay service. But, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company.
Cost dependent on number of extremities being treated. Expect around 130/hr
Craniosacral treatments
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses light touch to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and support the body's natural healing processes. By addressing restrictions in the tissues surrounding the brain, spine, and nervous system, CST can help reduce pain, relieve stress, improve relaxation, and promote overall balance and wellness.

Your Treatment Journey
At Zia Therapy and Pain Relief, we take a comprehensive approach to your care because this isn't a one-and-done type of treatment. Our skilled therapist will carefully evaluate your body's structure, review your medical history in detail, and conduct thorough testing of various areas to identify hypertonic muscles and pinpoint fascial restrictions. This in-depth process ensures we address the root cause of your discomfort, not just the symptoms.
Focused on Real Results
While everyone loves the rejuvenating experience of being on our treatment table, it’s important to note that we’re not a place for simple relaxation massages. Our focus is on achieving lasting results that improve your quality of life.
What Makes Us Different?
At Zia Therapy and Pain Relief, we believe pain is the number one factor limiting many people from achieving their personal physical goals. After 15 years as therapists, we've realized that our patients cannot reach their potential until we've removed their pain and maximized their ability to move.
Comfort Comes First
Therefore, the focus of our clinic is comfort, tranquility, relaxation, and gentle bodywork. Once you feel like the best version of yourself, then we can talk about accomplishing the goals you long ago began thinking were out of your reach.
What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial release is a manual technique to release restrictions in the fascia, which are causing pain and movement limitations. Fascia is the connective fibers that connect our muscles, ligaments, bones, organs, and skin.
Understanding Body Limits
Restrictions are caused by trauma or injury, years of postural issues, surgery, compensation for a structural imbalance, chronic disorders, and sometimes even life events that have an emotionally scarring effect on us.
Addressing the Root Cause
When these restrictions occur, they never release on their own, and they pull on everything connected to that restriction. This can even cause a chain reaction throughout the body, causing dysfunction far from the original point of injury.
Myofascial release is incredibly effective and long-lasting because it is gentle on the body and addresses the actual source of the dysfunction.
What Drives Us?
"Our greatest successes are when our clients' pain has reduced and their mobility has increased. Adding those two things together equals pride in their lives and themselves, then they want to accomplish more."
Evan Stuart, Zia Founder & Therapist
